As a general guide, two movers can usually load around 8 cubic metres per hour and unload around 12 cubic metres per hour. With good access, these averages give you a rough idea of loading and unloading times.
These are estimates only. Your move may take longer if the truck cannot park close to the property, there are stairs or lifts, furniture needs to be dismantled, or items need extra care. Long carrying distances, split-level homes and bulky furniture can also add time.
